Responsibilities

  • As an Engineering Manager for our Blockchain Integrations team, you'll lead a high-performing group at the strategic core of Anchorage Digital.
  • You'll be responsible for hiring and developing exceptional engineers, partnering with cross-functional leaders, and translating our roadmap into reliable, scalable systems.

Requirements

  • You have demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and growing a geographically distributed team.
  • You have developed "computer science fundamentals", i.e. concurrency, algorithms, and data structures (Formal CS degree NOT required).

Nice to have

  • You have experience with applied cryptography.
  • You read blockchain protocol white papers for fun, and stay up to date with the proliferation of cryptoasset innovations.
  • You have a background in the finance industry.
  • You have professional experience with Go/Rust/TypeScript/Solidity.
