About the role
- The Product Analyst works with Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Business Intelligence, Sales, Account Services, Legal, Claims, and Marketing on a regular basis.
- Assist in managing the process of the annual custom group renewals and reporting on the progress
- Issuing and publication of newly sold custom groups
Skills
- Bachelors degree in a related field, or the equivalent education and /or experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in Medical or Travel Insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Proficient experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with policy forms and drafting
- Experience with Sales and Benefit Design
- Administering product information in the product database
