About the role
- The Business Process Engineer (Senior Analyst) will be a part of the Optimization group within the Process Excellence & Innovation Team and will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes across CVS Finance.
Responsibilities
- Candidates looking to fill this role will be tasked with streamlining, supporting, and enabling processes to drive meaningful and measurable business outcomes.
- The candidate should excel at analyzing and interpreting complex data to support process reengineering, waste reduction, and overall process improvement.
- This role will engage internal finance business partners to integrate process improvement, reengineering, automation, and other related capabilities.

Compensation
- $46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
