About the role

The Business Process Engineer (Senior Analyst) will be a part of the Optimization group within the Process Excellence & Innovation Team and will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes across CVS Finance.

Candidates looking to fill this role will be tasked with streamlining, supporting, and enabling processes to drive meaningful and measurable business outcomes.
The candidate should excel at analyzing and interpreting complex data to support process reengineering, waste reduction, and overall process improvement.
This role will engage internal finance business partners to integrate process improvement, reengineering, automation, and other related capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong business intelligence expertise, an analytical mindset, and deep proficiency in data management, synthesis, and visualization.

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
