- Headquartered in Nashville, TN - one of the fastest-growing and most exciting cities in the United States - August Bioservices is a privately-owned, high-growth, and high-impact Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).
- The Critical Utilities Technician is responsible for managing all utilities for both non-GMP / GMP Site Services at August Bioservices Nashville, TN manufacturing site.

Responsibilities
- Maintain systems by scheduling regular inspections, cleanings, filter replacement and all other tasks necessary to keep all components performing optimally
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements, obtain replacement parts and upgrade components as needed while staying within the budget.
- Create and enter properly documented records of inspections, maintenance routines and repairs.

- To support our growth plans, August is investing significant capital in a two-phase expansion project - including building a new state-of-the-art facility adjacent to our current facility.
- Our site consists of office space, laboratory facilities, central utilities, warehouses, drug product filling, manufacturing, and all support infrastructure and equipment.
- This function will operate and support maintenance of these critical utility system and notify effected departments if any excursions occur.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management system
- This role will support contractor management when service contracts are required on the utility services.
- High School Diploma Required. Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
- Boiler operator license for State of Tennessee desired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly safety-conscious
