- CoStar Debt Solutions, located in Boston, MA, works with market participants across the commercial real estate (CRE) lending spectrum.
- Our clients include both public and private lenders, ranging from commercial banks and financial institutions to pension funds and insurance companies as well as government and rating agencies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely, professional, and solution-oriented support.
- Conduct portfolio analysis and investigate data, model, or workflow-related questions to support client decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, training sessions, and ongoing engagement.
- Partner with internal product, modeling, and engineering teams to resolve complex technical and analytical issues.
- Identify recurring client needs and provide feedback that helps drive product enhancements and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for both internal teams and external clients.
- Support implementation projects and contribute to creating scalable onboarding and client success processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field from an accredited, not-for-profit in-person University or College
- 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, banking, insurance, or investment management, OR 3 year of relevant experience with a completed Masters Degree.
- Proven client-facing experience with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of CRE lending, loan portfolios and risk management.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting or using risk analytics platforms or financial technology products.

Compensation
- $81,000-$109,000 Annually
