CoStar Debt Solutions, located in Boston, MA, works with market participants across the commercial real estate (CRE) lending spectrum.
Our clients include both public and private lenders, ranging from commercial banks and financial institutions to pension funds and insurance companies as well as government and rating agencies.

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely, professional, and solution-oriented support.
Conduct portfolio analysis and investigate data, model, or workflow-related questions to support client decision-making.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, training sessions, and ongoing engagement.
Partner with internal product, modeling, and engineering teams to resolve complex technical and analytical issues.
Identify recurring client needs and provide feedback that helps drive product enhancements and process improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for both internal teams and external clients.
Support implementation projects and contribute to creating scalable onboarding and client success processes.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field from an accredited, not-for-profit in-person University or College
3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, banking, insurance, or investment management, OR 3 year of relevant experience with a completed Masters Degree.
Proven client-facing experience with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong understanding of CRE lending, loan portfolios and risk management.
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting or using risk analytics platforms or financial technology products.
