About the role
- Milestone Contracting is establishing a long-term presence in the East Kootenay region and is seeking Civil Labourers to join our growing team.
- This role is based out of Cranbrook, BC, with projects located throughout the Kootenays.
- Local East Kootenay experience and knowledge are considered strong assets.
Responsibilities
- As a Labourer, you will support civil construction crews on a variety of infrastructure and utility projects.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will bring:
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Civil construction experience is considered an asset but is not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License considered an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic, collaborative and posses a growth mindset
- Safety certifications considered an asset
