About the role

Shift 1 (United States of America) In this Warehouse Associate opportunity, you will help keep production running by safely and accurately managing materials and inventory.
You will join Coperion FHN, a Hillenbrand company, at our Whitewater, Wisconsin facility.
TEAM: - You work closely with warehouse, production, and operations teammates in a hands-on, respectful environment.

You move, load, unload, and deliver materials to production areas accurately and on time.
You support inventory counts, reordering activities, and preparation of materials for storage.
You drive a delivery truck as needed to pick up and deliver parts locally.
You follow safety policies and report issues to help maintain a safe work environment.
Your work supports a safe, organized workplace and ensures teammates have the parts and materials they need to do their jobs.

You work closely with warehouse, production, and operations teammates in a hands-on, respectful environment.

One to two years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate forklifts with training.
Ability to read work orders and track inventory accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Willingness to learn inventory systems, including ERP tools such as SAP.
Dependable work habits and comfort working with regular guidance.
