About the role
- This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately entered, subscriptions are properly configured, invoices are generated correctly, and billing records remain accurate throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Working closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales, this individual will play a key role in maintaining billing accuracy and supporting operational excellence as EverPass continues to scale.
- The ideal candidate has experience working within NetSuite, enjoys process-oriented work, possesses a strong accounting foundation, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work.
Responsibilities
- Generate invoices and validate billing accuracy prior to customer distribution
- Maintain customer billing records and subscription data
- Support recurring billing processes across EverPass subscription products
- Maintain customer master records
- Validate order accuracy before processing
- Revenue Operations Support
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Customer Success to resolve billing questions
- Support month-end billing activities
- Accounting Support
- Support month-end close activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in:
- 2+ years of NetSuite experience
- Experience with recurring billing
- Billing Operations
- Accounts Receivable
- Revenue Operations
- Accounting Operations
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Subscription business experience
- SaaS or technology company experience
Nice to have
- Process customer orders, subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, credits, and billing adjustments within NetSuite
- Review customer agreements to ensure billing accurately reflects pricing, contract terms, promotions, and subscription packages
- Enter customer orders and billing transactions into NetSuite
- Assist with system testing related to billing enhancements
- Help improve billing workflows and operational efficiency
- Investigate invoice discrepancies
- Process refunds and credits
- Assist with billing reconciliations and reporting
Compensation
- The anticipated base hourly wage range for a new hire into this position is $65,000 - $85,000.
- EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
- EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
