Responsibilities
- Deliver food, beverages, and amenities in a timely and polished manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of pool menus, specials, and seasonal offerings
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, cabanas, lounge chairs, and walkways
- Support pool service attendants and bar teams to ensure coordinated service
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Team members support 790 renovated guestrooms and suites, direct beach access, an oceanfront pool deck, Sea Spa, six restaurants and lounges, and more than 65,000 square feet of meeting space.
- This role creates a relaxing atmosphere by anticipating guest needs, offering menu recommendations, and ensuring a seamless, welcoming poolside dining experience.
Requirements
- Prior food and beverage experience in a restaurant, lounge, or resort setting
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds and carry trays through the pool deck
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Nice to have
- Experience in poolside, resort, or outdoor dining service
- Knowledge of POS systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- $40k-$50k
