About the role
- Review and provide feedback on the team's proposals, deploying your familiarity with Via's technology and operational capabilities, transit norms, and the latest innovations from across the industry.
- Conduct regular data-driven reviews of procurement performance and competitive dynamics with senior leaders across Via's Executive, Partnerships, and Finance teams.
- Prepare executive team members ahead of city and transit agency interviews.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Partnerships, Expansion, Operations, and Finance teams to develop strategies for winning high-stakes, competitive procurements.
- Support the team's workflows and processes, including content library and knowledge management efforts, while identifying opportunities to continuously improve the proposal process through automation and generative AI.
Requirements
- An exceptional writer and communicator with an instinctive appreciation for tone and structure and the ability to adapt your writing style for different audiences and genres.
- A proven leader, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience deploying your editorial and management skills to generate successful proposals, publications, or other long-form writing venues.
- you can pay attention to key details in a complex project while, at the same time, relating each of them to the big picture in a coherent way.
Compensation
- $115,000 - $165,000 per year
