About the role

  • The Project Scheduler II prepares summary-level and detailed schedules for proposed or current construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Support resource planning and workload analysis across multiple projects.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Schedules will be prepared using bar chart or CPM format, as required by the project team or Client, using Primavera P6 Software.
  • Provide updates as required for each project and schedule training and software support as needed.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the AEC or life sciences industries.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.

Nice to have

  • Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, or advanced manufacturing projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean Construction or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodologies.
  • PMP or PMI-SP certification is a plus.
