About the role

  • The Associate Manager reports directly to the Store Manager and will rotate between three positions (Customer Experience Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales and Service Manager).
  • He/she provides associates ongoing training.
  • This person will motivate and inspire associates.

Responsibilities

  • The Associate Manager will partner with the Store Manager in driving a memorable customer experience through leadership, communication, integrity and passion for the brand.
  • He/she will directly manage associates.
  • He/she also develops associates and provides positive and constructive feedback, as well as appropriate coaching and counseling.

Nice to have

  • High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
