- This newly created role will serve as the central point of accountability for enterprise-wide expense management, governance, and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Expense Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development and ongoing management of enterprise-wide operating expense budgets and forecasts.
- Expense Governance & Controls: Establish and enforce standards for discretionary spending, financial policies, and expense governance. Drive consistency across the organization and ensure compliance with established Finance guidelines.
- Expense Analysis & Variance Management: Deliver timely and high-quality expense reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights. Partner with cost center leaders to explain trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with division leaders, cost center managers, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance leadership to support decision-making, strengthen accountability, and improve cost discipline across the enterprise.

- We support community development organizations on the ground, aggregate and invest capital for impact, advance housing policy at every level of government, and build and manage communities ourselves.
- You will collaborate with some of the smartest minds and biggest hearts in our field.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, expense management, or cost governance
- Experience influencing stakeholders and supporting enterprise decision-making
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family. The pay range for this position is $ 68,000 - $78,000. The salary range represent s the low and high end of what may be paid for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range, and compensation decisions may be influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
