Requirements
- You are a skilled and service-minded carpentry professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and creating an excellent experience for others.
- You enjoy the variety of service work, and you feel energized by completing everything from minor repairs to light remodel projects.
- You thrive in a team environment where collaboration is valued, and you work closely with your Service Project Manager to stay aligned on goals and expectations.
- Review blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine layout, dimensions, and required materials.
- Strong knowledge of occupational hazards and the associated safety precautions, with the ability to identify hazards and enforce safe practices.
- Ability to represent the company with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a service-oriented mindset in time-sensitive and client-facing situations
- Prepare estimates and, when required, gather bids from trade partners.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial carpentry.
- Strong awareness of jobsite safety practices and the ability to follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Proficiency in project management and field software such as Procore and Outbuild.
Compensation
- This is a union position covered under the Carpenters Local agreement.
- Weekly pay + discretionary annual bonus provided.
