About the role

  • You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION/RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT) within the Staffing Branch in the Human Resources Division (HRD) of OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATION.

Requirements

  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
  • Experience directing a variety of complex technical and administrative work related to federal civilian recruitment.
  • Experience providing classification determinations and guidance on federal civilian position management.
  • Experience supervising personnel on the execution of procedures for federal recruitment and onboarding.

Compensation

  • $144k-$187k
