Job Description The Field Representative - Mountain West is a field-first role responsible for launching, supporting, and strengthening TPUSA Communities chapters across the Western United States.

Since its founding, Turning Point USA has embarked on a mission to build the most organized, active, and powerful conservative grassroots activist network on high school and college campuses across the country.
TPUSA Communities is a department within Turning Point USA focused on building a nationwide network of local chapters that activate individuals and families to strengthen their communities and take meaningful action at the local level.
Through leadership development and grassroots engagement, we equip everyday Americans-including families, young professionals, and veterans and first responders-to defend their values and create real impact where they live.
Field Representatives work directly with Chapter Leaders to drive growth, support event execution, and ensure chapters are active, effective, and aligned with national standards.
Field Representatives serve as the primary point of contact for local leaders within their region and are responsible for building momentum in both established and emerging markets.

Experience in grassroots organizing, community leadership, or field operations
Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
Ability to travel 45%-50% of the time
Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs. "Wow!" Skills Experience launching chapters, groups, or local initiatives
Experience working in conservative or mission-driven organizations
Ability to identify growth opportunities in new markets.
