Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will own the product roadmap for NinjaTrader's Core Platform, leading the Web and Mobile Squad to deliver best-in-class trading experiences across our web and mobile surfaces.
  • You will drive the end-to-end product experience for traders of all levels, building advanced trading workflows while ensuring the platform is fast, elegant, and built around the needs of active traders.
  • Drive the overall product roadmap for the Core Platform Web/Mobile Squad in collaboration with product leadership, engineering, and design, ensuring alignment with broader company strategy and goals
  • Own the end-to-end trader experience across web and mobile surfaces, from order entry and charting to account management and platform navigation by designing intuitive, high-performance interfaces that move traders forward with confidence
  • Partner closely with UX/design to uphold a high bar for interface quality, accessibility, and consistency across platforms
  • Define and own Core Platform product metrics, using data to guide prioritization, measure feature impact, and drive continuous improvement across web and mobile surfaces
  • Strong UI/UX sensibility with a track record of partnering with design to ship polished, high-quality consumer trading experiences

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years of experience managing web and/or mobile product experiences, preferably within a fintech or trading platform
  • Demonstrated experience building and shipping trading product experiences, with a strong understanding of trader workflows, order types, charting, and market data surfaces
  • Team-first mentality with an ability to mentor peers and influence without authority

Nice to have

  • Deep domain expertise in trading platforms, brokerage products, or financial data products
  • Demonstrable experience launching products from 0 to 1 and scaling them

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role will be $180,000 - $210,000 USD.
  • In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 15%.
  • Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
  • Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader.
  • NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions.
  • Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 23 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.
  • 7 Paid Holidays Annually + 5 Conditional Holidays Annually
  • 1 Service Day Annually
