Requirements
- A computer networking or related degree
- At least 1 year of experience with Bomgar, PuTTY, WinSCP
- High school diploma required
- At least 2-4 years of experience solving system and network issues, preferably in a call center or support center environment
Nice to have
- At least 1 year of experience with a ticket system, Service Now preferred
