- This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a high-impact portfolio of organizational projects, ensuring operational excellence, and translating strategic vision into actionable execution plans.
- The ideal candidate is an analytical, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of scaling PMO practices, managing complex cross-functional portfolios, and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and instill project / program rigor for the team including a standardized intake and prioritization model, presentation templates, reporting and PM tools.
- People Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of PM leaders (Managers/Senior PMs)
- drive workload distribution based on team capacity and business prioritization.
- Plan and manage projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and create implementation plans to increase efficiency and guarantee quality delivery.
- People Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of PM leaders (Managers/Senior PMs); drive workload distribution based on team capacity and business prioritization.
- Experience in developing and presenting reports to executive leadership.

Nice to have
- 7-10 years of project management experience, with several years in a leadership role (e.g., Director or Senior PMO role).
- Experience creating and managing detailed project plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations
- MBA or Master's preferred.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) is strongly preferred
- PgMP or PfMP is a plus.
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, risk management, and communication skills.
- Technology: Proficient in project management software (e.g Jira, ServiceNow)
