About the role
- For this role, we are specifically hiring for the North America region.
- You will report to the Head of Builder Community and work closely with regional community managers, digital marketing, developer relations, developer advocates, product marketing, and broader ecosystem teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a high-quality local developer community (AI builders, engineers, technical founders)
- Partner with local ecosystems (startups, VCs, universities, dev groups)
- Identify, recruit, and support high-potential builders, creators, and community leaders
- Grow and manage a network of Nebius Fellows and Ambassadors across the region
- Build meaningful engagement programs that create long-term value for participants
- Build direct relationships with top developers and emerging builders
- Build Repeatable Programs
Skills
- Identify key hubs, communities, and influential builders in your region
- Establish Nebius as a trusted, high-signal presence locally
- Be the Local Face of Nebius and Represent Nebius at events, meetups, and in the ecosystem
- Plan and execute meetups, workshops, hackathons, and community events
- Ensure events are builder-first, practical, and hands-on - not just talks
- Engage communities online (Discord, Slack, Telegram, etc.)
