You will have a blue sky to innovate talent acquisition in an innovative company. You'll own a function with direct, measurable impact across the organization.
Partner closely with department leaders to conduct workforce planning and develop hiring strategies that meet growth targets with exceptional talent.
Design and refine interview processes to increase confidence in candidate selection, improve the candidate experience, and reduce bias.

What You Will Own
Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with department leaders to conduct workforce planning and develop hiring strategies that meet growth targets with exceptional talent.
Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and attract top-tier talent by developing relationships within tech hubs, engineering communities, and specific automation/SaaS niches.
Process Optimization: Design and refine interview processes to increase confidence in candidate selection, improve the candidate experience, and reduce bias.
Closing: Collaborate with the executive team to develop compelling closing strategies and resources to win high-impact hires.

Technical Literacy: Proven experience recruiting for highly technical roles.
3+ years of experience specifically focused on technical recruiting for high-growth startups.
Experience in SaaS, Robotics, or Marketing Technology industries.
