About the role

- The base salary range for this role is $87,600 to $131,300.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and document software applications for distribution center automation projects.
- Write technical documentation to support project activities including functional specifications, interface specifications, and user documentation.
- Collaborate with management and engineering teams to plan and execute projects.
- Manage and complete projects on a deadline.
- Database design and configuration with SQL variations such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Employees may be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by their supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience or
- Master's degree and 3-6 years of experience
- Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Nice to have
- Deep experience in back-end development.
- Understanding of Event Driven Architecture.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Scripting languages such as Python, Ruby or Perl.
- Java, C++ are a plus.
- Experience working with React, Angular and/or GraphQL.
- Basic understanding of DevOps, QA and Front-end development.
- Full-stack experience is a plus.
Skills
- Proven experience developing complex software solutions.
- Excellent testing and troubleshooting skills.
- Configuration and implementation of business rules, controls, and event handlers.
- Experience with controls and hardware devices such as PLC's and IPC's.
- Communications with client ERP and WMS systems.
- Understanding of graphical user interface and HMI systems.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $87,600 to $131,300.
- This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
- Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
