Responsibilities
- You'll be the face of Hallow as you own the relationship with our parish partners.
- We're growing quickly, and we'll need your help to create a world-class team and get individuals praying in more countries around the world.
- Supporting our parish partners requires about 20%-30% of time traveling to and leading in-person events.
- TL;DR: You'll be the primary relationship builder and point of contact for parish partners using Hallow.
- You will implement, activate, and sustain partnerships, helping parishes build communities of daily prayer, while driving renewals and expansion.
- Reach out to, and build relationships with parishes in order to incorporate them into the parish program and work hand-in-hand with the team to bring
- Design and implement business processes to support the parish program initiative, for example, managing CRM workflows to ensure that users are moving along the experience appropriately and drafting marketing materials for the team that are used in the program
Requirements
- Attention to detail and having a process-oriented approach to solving problems is critical, as is the ability to learn quickly and think on your feet.

Nice to have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations in front of large audiences
- knowledge of the Catholic faith and comfort in discussing theology in groups

Compensation
- Compensation Range $80,000-$90,000 USD per year The above range only includes cash compensation.
- The above range for cash compensation refers to base salary.
