Responsibilities
- Manage a designated portion of a $3B mortgage warehouse lending portfolio, applying sound decision-making to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to internal policies and legal agreements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business clients, responding to service requests and coordinating with Relationship Managers to deliver timely, high-quality customer support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client- and loan-level data within the warehouse management system and supporting operational databases
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal partners

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with warehouse lending systems, loan servicing platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
