About the role

Responsibilities

  • support businesses small and large; finance infrastructure projects that connect and power cities; and facilitate innovations that drive progress.
  • They deliver HR services to internal client groups to drive exceptional performance.
  • As an Associate HRBP, you will support senior HRBPs across Americas Client Business, Global Product Solutions, and Financial and Strategic Investors Group and contribute to both business-specific and firm-wide talent initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, consulting, or similar roles in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use HR data and analytics to generate insights and tailor findings to different audiences
  • Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.

Nice to have

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Workday experience preferred

Skills

  • Act as a liaison with other HR teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee Relations) to execute business priorities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR tools, processes, and policies
