About the role

Responsibilities
- support businesses small and large; finance infrastructure projects that connect and power cities; and facilitate innovations that drive progress.
- They deliver HR services to internal client groups to drive exceptional performance.
- As an Associate HRBP, you will support senior HRBPs across Americas Client Business, Global Product Solutions, and Financial and Strategic Investors Group and contribute to both business-specific and firm-wide talent initiatives.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, consulting, or similar roles in a global, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to use HR data and analytics to generate insights and tailor findings to different audiences
- Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
Nice to have
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Workday experience preferred
