About the role
- The Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of an organization's master data.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Design and create business process flows, policies, and procedures for all end-to-end MDM processes with input from the business and IT teams
- Create data quality requirements & rules and standardization, for mastering data from multiple sources to ensure its accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and execute data quality metrics and reports.
- Create and maintain data governance policies. Support Data Governance Program and present any new policies/requirements to the DG Council.
- Participate in data profiling and data mapping activities. Develop and manage data integration processes and workflows.
- Provide data analysis and insights to support decision-making processes. Conduct data impact assessments for new initiatives or changes in business processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure MDM solutions are properly integrated into existing systems. S
- Provide training and support to end-users on MDM tools and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 8+ years relevant IT experience
- 2+ years Implementation experience with MDM systems (STIBO, Reltio or Informatica etc.)
- Proven experience in data management, data warehousing, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Experience with data quality tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools.
