About the role
- As the Office Administrator in our San Francisco office, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating and executing systems, processes, policies, and procedures for all aspects of office operations.
- Creating and monitoring the office's budget.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Office Managing Partner on office initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a law firm or other professional services environment are required.
- Candidates should also have experience in facilities management, budget planning and control, project management, as well as personnel management and development.
Compensation
- The targeted salary range for this position is from $145,000 – $165,000 which reflects the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.

- This position is primarily on site, with flexibility to work remotely periodically.
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Workplace Operations, you will manage the full life cycle of the direct support team, ensuring that each member has the skills needed to successfully support the attorneys and clients on their team, provide each team member with opportunities to learn and develop and progress in their careers, and promote the team concept to ensure well-trained coverage is always available.
