Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate a portfolio of premium players, ensuring consistent personal attention and service delivery aligned with established marketing strategies and company objectives.
- Establish and maintain strategic one-on-one relationships with high-value guests to foster loyalty, encourage repeat business, and maximize lifetime player value.
- Implement player reactivation strategies through systematic telemarketing and personalized outreach to address declined play patterns.
- Monitor and analyze revenue metrics generated through marketing activities to assess performance and optimize player development strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
- The Executive Casino Host is responsible for strategic player acquisition and relationship management to drive revenue growth and enhance the property's competitive market position.
- This role requires developing and maintaining high-value player relationships through personalized service delivery, targeted marketing initiatives, and comprehensive guest engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience in a related field
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and professionally
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with player tracking systems and casino management software platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain all certifications and licenses required by applicable gaming regulations and local authorities
Nice to have
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline
- Seven or more years of experience in player development, VIP services, or premium guest relations within the gaming industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and revenue metrics interpretation
- Certification in hospitality management or gaming industry professional development programs
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in customer service, with preferred experience in the gaming or hospitality industry
