About the role

  • The FBP brings business insight together with enterprise financial priorities, helping translate operational activity into actionable financial perspectives and ensuring local execution is aligned with broader company objectives.
  • This role helps connect region and business-line insights to enterprise financial processes, reinforces common financial standards and KPI definitions, and contributes to a unified financial narrative across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership & Decision Support
  • Serve as the key finance partner region/market/business line leadership.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment with Corporate Finance to support enterprise-wide consistency in financial guidance and standards.
  • Build scenario models to support planning under uncertainty.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Finance to ensure methodologies, standards, and timelines are met consistently across the organization.

  • Builds deep trust with operational and Corporate Finance partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Typically 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, financial planning, consulting, or operational finance.
  • Strong track record of business partnering with senior leadership.
  • Ability to simplify and translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to balance the needs of the business with enterprise requirements set by Corporate Finance.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in Insurance Brokerage is a plus.

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $150,000 USD
