Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 product managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans to build team capabilities.
- Support career growth and advancement opportunities for team members.
- Ensure the team executes on strategic priorities and delivers measurable impact to the organization.
- Manage competing priorities and scope to fit deliverables into development iterations.
- Drive accountability for results while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.

Requirements
- They bring passion for their discipline, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in enterprise software, financial services, or insurance product management.
- Familiarity with agile/scaled product development frameworks.
- Experience with roadmapping tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience in fintech, enterprise software, or insurance technologies.
- It requires a suitable space that provides a private and quiet workplace.
- Expected Work Hours: Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

Compensation
