About the role
- In FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment we focus on our clients' strategic, operational, financial and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and assess business plans and cash flow forecasts
- We work with many of the world's top multinational corporations, law firms, banks and private equity firms on their most important issues to deliver impact that makes a difference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 2+ years post-graduation professional work experience in investment banking, corporate lending, consulting, public accounting, or other professional services environment
Nice to have
- Demonstrated ability in the following areas:
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Analysis of financial statements
- Preparation of financial models such as three statement models
- Analysis of cash flows and 13-week forecasts
- Familiarity with bankruptcy, restructuring processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum Pay: $78,500
Compensation
- Minimum Pay: $78,500
- Maximum Pay: $163,000

- Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual's location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.
