Advanced proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data)
Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, with a demonstrated ability to drive productive workflows and critically evaluate AI-generated output
Strong experience with SQL Server (or a comparable RDBMS), including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization
Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Playwright
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Desired Skills
