Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver lead on regional and global initiatives/project that impact multiple industries and products.
- Lead initiatives help to increase efficiencies, best practices and controls across Global Markets Credit.
- Assist/lead credit officers through various processes including audit reviews, regulatory examinations, and operational initiatives (OpEx).
- Influence, develop and maintain successful relations with support partners across the Enterprise Reporting - BAU/thematic reports for internal projects, management updates and regulatory requests.

Requirements
- Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products.
- Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices.
- Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, investigate exceptions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience producing management information (MI), KPIs, KRIs, and executive reporting with a focus on data quality and consistency.
- Process Improvement & Automation - Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and leverage technology, automation, and process redesign to improve operational effectiveness.
- Ability to understand broader business objectives and connect day-to-day activities with larger organizational priorities and risk management goals.
