About the role

  • The Senior Contract Manager serves as the primary point of contact with providers to negotiate every aspect of contracts with large physician and hospital organizations.
  • In addition, this individual will ensure that contract terms are consistent with the Commercial contracting strategy and are negotiated within the established legal and financial guidelines as established by Point32Health.

Responsibilities

  • Senior CMs work closely with partner departments (clinical, reporting, quality) to develop key objectives for the contract cycle.
  • Manage and position the negotiation so that Point32Health meets the key objectives that have been identified for the contracting cycle.
  • At manager's discretion, maintain ownership and the development of at least one key negotiation tool or support function (sales, government affairs etc.)
  • Demonstrated strength in finance to support financial contract components and analysis

  • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
  • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience in contract negotiations preferred, including familiarity with various payment methodologies.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree
  • Preferred: 8-10 years of related work experience

Compensation

  • $106,209.91 -$159,314.87
  • Compensation & Total Rewards Overview
  • The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a range of salaries for this role and similar roles across the organization.
  • The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role
  • As part of our comprehensive total rewards program, colleagues are also eligible for variable pay.
  • Eligibility for any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits remains in the Company's sole discretion and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
