- equipment. Blackstone specializes in repair, maintenance, commissioning, turnaround, overhaul, installation, and engineering services for critical rotating equipment and pipeline maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of field service experience supporting turbomachinery and rotating equipment.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading field crews as a Foreman, Lead Millwright, Lead Mechanic, or equivalent supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience with steam turbines, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment.
- Strong knowledge of precision measurement, shaft alignment, and rotating equipment overhaul practices.
- Ability to read and interpret OEM manuals, engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively to customer facilities throughout Texas, Louisiana, and the United States.
- Must be capable of supporting extended field assignments, outages, turnarounds, and emergency response work when required.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on customer and project requirements.
- Ability to successfully pass DISA drug screening requirements.
