Responsibilities

  • Translate product and business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable AI designs
  • Partner with product owners, data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape implementation roadmaps
  • Guide technology selection, integration patterns, and design decisions across AI solution components
  • Review and govern solution designs through architecture checkpoints and design standards
  • Support pilots, production deployments, and architecture evolution based on business feedback and operational learnings

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, data architecture, or AI-related roles
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions across multiple systems and stakeholders
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Experience operating in regulated, security-conscious, or highly governed enterprise environments
  • Ability to work in cross-functional or global teams: Experience operating across global teams and aligning business, product, architecture, engineering, security, and governance stakeholders.
  • Understanding of technology governance, security, or operational practices: Strong understanding of responsible AI, risk management, security, compliance, and operational design requirements for enterprise AI solutions.

Skills

  • Communication and collaboration capabilities: Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Experience in financial services, asset management, or similarly complex industries
  • Familiarity with modern cloud-based data and AI platforms and MLOps or model operations practices
  • Exposure to retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge architectures, or agent orchestration patterns
