Requirements

  • The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a structured, customer-focused approach to project delivery in a fast-paced MSP environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of IT experience in an MSP or similar environment; experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP required.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, routing).
  • Experience with RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, N-able, or similar); strong client communication and professional presentation skills required.
