Requirements
- Required Work Experience At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, departmental rules, regulations, procedures and functions, including policies and regulations set by the Senate Rules Committee and the Senate Committee on Ethics.
- Knowledge of office equipment, computers and relevant software/Web applications, and spreadsheets and databases.
- Knowledge of editing and publishing content on websites.
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and appropriately with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to utilize sound decision-making skills to select suitable approaches and actions in a timely manner.
- Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness by effectively identifying and leveraging available tools, information, and networks to resolve challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
- Ability to adapt effectively to changing priorities, environments, and expectations, demonstrating flexibility in approach.
- Desired Qualifications Knowledge of Elementor/WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other software to produce digital and web content.
