- Required Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury, specialty, or jewelry retail Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals Strong leadership presence and talent development capabilities Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital commerce tools Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 30 lbs.
