About the role

  • Sets up and executes website content updates for Columbia US and Canada websites.
  • Monitors production cycles to facilitate timely go-live.
  • Participates in engagement with vendors and internal members to pass off files for site content to be built in Amplience platform prior to configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with teams to ensure all updates deliver the intended experience.
  • Validates that creative aligns with design files, specific requests within the brief, and meets ADA and legal requirements.
  • Executes various site updates to support corporate initiatives including but not limited to store requests, corporate information, dealer resources, etc.
  • An e xcellent communicat or that can effectively collaborate and coordinate tasks/projects with key stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

  • Must be an online shopper familiar with best practices in eCommerce experiences.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, with strong initiative and sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires less than 2 years of professional experience where knowledge base is generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course experience.
  • Basic knowledge of issue tracking and project management software experience tools such as Workfront, JIRA, Airtable.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a B2C, Omni-channel Retail environment is preferred.

Skills

  • Highly proficient with technical tools and systems and all Microsoft Office applications.
