About the role
- Today, we're transforming the way businesses use direct mail and bringing the power of technology to a traditionally manual channel.
- In this role, you will be a problem-solver who bridges the gap between customer needs and technical execution.
- You'll start off focused on Finance projects, such as usage billing, pricing simulations, and dynamic discount logic.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery for your product area, balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder expectations to meet commitments
- Gain a deep understanding of internal Accounting workflows, so as to write SOPs and lead trainings as they adapt to new tooling
- Drive roadmap strategy by conducting deep user research, translating complex technical insights into "Jobs To Be Done," championing the customer, and weighing expected business impact against core company goals.
- Act as a champion for emerging AI technologies, and actively work with AI to streamline the product process from design prototyping to QA
Requirements
- Domain Expertise: Previous experience working with accounting teams, financial software, or supply chain management

Compensation
- The total compensation package for this role is comprised of an annual base salary + variable, and RSUs.
- $130,000 - $137,500 + Variable: $13,000 - $13,750
