About the role

Job Description Transportation Services has an outstanding opportunity for a Truck Driver 1 to join their team.
This position is 100% on-site at the Seattle campus and is not telework eligible.

complete daily vehicle inspection paperwork and report any vehicle maintenance problems to supervisor or lead driver.
Drive a multi occupancy wheelchair lift-equipped vehicle in varied weather and traffic conditions within specific time constraints.
Maintain route schedule.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; complete daily vehicle inspection paperwork and report any vehicle maintenance problems to supervisor or lead driver.
Provide administrative support to Shuttles office.
Perform other duties as assigned

Excellent driving record.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent customer service experience.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions and communicate in English regarding the use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment
comply with safety policies and procedures
Experience operating wheelchair lift-equipped vehicles.
Experience transporting persons with disabilities.
