Drive sales performance by efficiently managing a dynamic workflow and meeting productivity targets, ensuring timely, high‑quality service.
Consistently deliver a high-energy, sales-focused customer experience.
Own the full loan process, from application through funding, using strong product knowledge to close sales.
Drive new and repeat business through in-branch conversations and outbound phone calls.
Maintain accurate cash handling while following all company security and audit procedures.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall branch sales performance.
Manage delinquency building rapport, offering tailored payment options, and converting delinquent accounts into resolved balances.

Prior experience in sales-driven customer service, retail sales, or cash-handling environments.
Ability to pass drug screening and criminal and credit background checks.
Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with required liability insurance.
Strong sales instincts with a proven ability to close deals and influence customer decisions.
Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The typical working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required.
Overtime may be required on an as needed basis and is at the discretion of upper management.
Transport funds and deposits to and from the bank as required.
