Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and monitor new and existing products and services, including comprehensive market research and strategic analysis
- Partner with internal teams to establish schedules for development and service delivery and support successful product launches
- Determine product pricing and support operational requirements needed for product readiness and delivery
- Gather and document technical specifications so products can be effectively developed and implemented
- Understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines across Wealth management and/or trading solutions
- Ability to manage own work with moderate guidance and collaborate effectively across teams

Requirements
- Experience applying knowledge within a product, market research, or business analysis function
- Ability to analyze problems and evaluate possible solutions using standard procedures and sound judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Proficiency with standard business tools and documentation needed to support research, analysis, and planning
- This position is well suited for a professional with functional expertise who can solve problems, apply sound judgment, and communicate complex information clearly.
Nice to have
- Strong personal interest in digital assets and tokenization, experience working in digital asset product roles preferred
Compensation
- Range: The salary range for this position is between $110,000 - $115,000
- Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
