Responsibilities
- Manage and own contracts repository and templates, create new templates, maintain and update contractual records, changes, and status reports, and track contractual obligations
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple contract review requests and internal legal projects and remain unstressed by a long and ever-growing task list;
- Positive attitude and support of the work of everyone on the team and their successes, including mentoring Contract Administrators and Contract Coordinators; and
- You will own the maintenance of the contract templates and the contracting process.
- This role will be based in Seattle and will support company operations in Seattle, Denver, and across the U.S.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent year of experience
- Experience with (or ability to quickly become a power user of) Salesforce, Service Cloud, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and other productivity applications
- 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager or similar role that involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating the legal terms of various commercial contracts, particularly Master Service Agreements, Consulting Agreements, and SaaS Agreements;

Compensation
- $95,000 to $115,000
