About the role
- You'll work closely with business owners, developers, real estate professionals, architects, engineers, and corporate decision-makers to help clients bring their projects to life.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business opportunities
- Build relationships with owners, developers, brokers, architects, engineers, and corporate clients
- Lead business development efforts and client presentations
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate with REDCOM's architecture, engineering, preconstruction, and construction teams
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- REDCOM Design & Construction is seeking a motivated Senior Account Executive to drive business development and client growth throughout New Jersey and the surrounding region.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience
- Proven success generating and closing new business
Nice to have
- Experience in commercial construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, facilities services, or professional services is a plus
