About the role
- The Junior Analyst is responsible for evaluating project performance, validating milestone achievement, identifying risks, managing legal and Access to Information Act ('ATIA') documentation.
- Note: This position is a fixed term 12-month maternity leave cover.
Responsibilities
- Review beneficiary submissions to validate milestone achievement, project metrics, and compliance with funding agreements.
- Maintain internal controls, documentation, and tracking tools to support audit readiness and portfolio oversight.
- Support preparation of internal and external reporting, briefing materials, and other OCIF deliverables.
- Manage portfolio data, reporting systems, and tracking tools to support monitoring, compliance, and portfolio oversight.
- Compile, validate, and analyze data for internal and external reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation of decisions, correspondence, and actions related to any ATIA requests to support transparency, accountability, and audit readiness.

- You have a strong understanding of compliance, governance, and reporting, and you're comfortable working with legal documents, tracking milestones, and preparing clear, data-driven reports.
Skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Experience with CRM and Project Management software
- Experienced in AI-driven data analysis
- MS office 365
