About the role

The Field Training Specialist conducts both on-site and virtual training for local companies.
They will work closely with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to ensure desired performance outcomes.
Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.

Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved.
Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects.

3+ years working in the wholesale distribution industry.
Ability to provide attention to detail, thoroughness, and ownership in all duties.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree, or related experience.
3+ years of experience using the WISE ERP system.

Ability to work a non-traditional schedule.
Ability to work remotely and travel up to 70% of the time.

Participate in in-person training events such as Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions.

Conduct various follow-up training activities with recently visited local company.
