About the role
- - Perform TIG level welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG level welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Maintain welding equipment and shop tools
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with the fabrication team and supervisors to meet production deadlines
Requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
Nice to have
- 5+ years of welding experience in a fabrication environment preferred
- Experience with MIG welding required
- TIG experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
