Maintain and model high retail, merchandising and cleanliness standards as set forth by the Retail Manager and VP Recreational Services
Manage inventory control by receiving orders in a timely manner and by restocking stores to meet or exceed goals.

1 year of retail and retail POS experience required, preferably within outdoor industry.
Basic accounting experience of analyzing, summarizing, and reporting transactions required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, management, and shared services verbally and in writing.
Ability to work with the shared services team with topics such as ordering, inventory, receiving, and the POS system.
Possess a working knowledge of products and trends within our retail outlets and within the industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Must be able to work in a high volume, fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and utilize problem-solving skills.
